Your private VPN,
wherever you roam.
SimplyRoam VPN is built for everyday people, not just techies. Public Wi-Fi, hotel networks, mobile data abroad, none of them are built for privacy. We wrap your connection in strong encryption so the network can’t see what you’re doing, and websites think you’re browsing from any of 43 countries you choose.
From £7.99/mo rolling, or £69.99/yr. Cancel any time, use it until your paid period ends.
Built for people who actually roam
Hotel Wi-Fi in Lisbon. Café in Tokyo. Airport in Doha. Wherever you land, you’re one tap from a UK exit. Your bank app stays happy, your news feed stays familiar, and your traffic stays encrypted away from whoever runs the network you just joined.
The brand is SimplyRoam. The use case is the brief.
What you actually get
No fluff. No fear marketing. Just the facts.
Secure travel data, end to end
We’ve teamed up with our sister brand SimplySIM.co.uk for unlimited eSIM data in 180+ countries, so your phone stays online and SimplyRoam VPN keeps every byte of it private. One brand for connectivity, one for privacy. Same team, same values.
Buy an eSIM from SimplySIM.co.uk, install SimplyRoam VPN on the same device, and travel knowing the network can’t see what you’re doing, wherever you land.
Why a VPN matters when you’re abroad
- Public Wi-Fi is open by default. Anyone else on the airport, café or co-working network can sniff unencrypted traffic. A VPN encrypts every packet between your device and our server, even on networks you don’t trust.
- Hotel Wi-Fi is rarely innocent. Many properties inject ads, log every domain you visit, or hand traffic to a third-party analytics provider. Routing through SimplyRoam hides what you’re actually doing from whoever runs the network.
- Coffee shop hotspots get cloned. “Evil twin” access points mimic the legit network so you’ll connect by accident. Even if they succeed, an encrypted VPN tunnel means they capture nothing useful.
- Local mobile networks log heavily. In some countries the carrier is required to retain every domain you contact. With SimplyRoam they see one encrypted destination (ours), and nothing else.
- A stable, encrypted route home. When you travel, your traffic still goes through a private tunnel under your own control instead of whichever public hotspot or carrier you happen to be on.

What is a VPN?
A VPN is an encrypted tunnel between your device and a server we run. While it’s on, the network you’re joined to (your café, your hotel, your mobile carrier) sees only encrypted traffic to our server, not the sites you visit. Websites see our server’s IP address, not yours. That’s the whole mechanism. It doesn’t make you anonymous, doesn’t block ads on its own, and doesn’t bypass laws. It just keeps your traffic private from the network in front of you, and shifts your apparent location to wherever you pick.
